Welcome to Blue Tsunami Tees, operated by Emzaria Clothing and Shoes ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our store.
1. PRODUCTS
Our shirts are printed on demand after you order. Colors on your screen may look slightly different from the printed shirt. Sizes and fit can vary a little; please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
2. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and products can change at any time without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product was listed at the wrong price or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we will refund you in full.
3. ORDERS, SHIPPING, AND RETURNS
Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and cancellations are described in our Refund Policy. Both policies are part of these Terms.
4. DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, can't be combined unless stated, and may end at any time.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, images, and text on this store belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, sell, or reproduce our designs without our written permission.
6. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We try to keep everything on our store accurate, but there may be mistakes. We may correct errors and update information at any time.
7. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use our store for anything illegal, to interfere with the site, or to submit false information. If you use a custom-text product, you agree not to submit hateful, threatening, obscene, or infringing content, and we may refuse to print any custom text.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our products and store are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or unexpected damages from using our store or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order involved.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store runs on Shopify, and orders are produced and shipped by our printing partners. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
